Account & Data Deletion Request
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account details, saved custom games, and associated user data will be permanently removed.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your account and personal data, please contact us by sending an email with your request details:
- Send an email to rk126356@gmail.com.
- Use the Subject line: Account Deletion Request - Flappy Game Maker.
- Send the email from the email address registered with your Flappy Game Maker account (e.g. your Google Sign-In email).
- Optionally, specify any additional details such as your username or user ID to help us identify your account quickly.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently purged from our databases:
- Your account profile info (Name, Email address, Profile Picture).
- Games and levels created under your account.
- Your saved high scores and game progress.
- Authentication tokens and user preferences.
Data Retention & Processing Timeline
Once we receive your email request, we will process your deletion within 7 to 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent back to your registered address once the account and all associated data have been permanently removed.
